Jim O’Callaghan is an Environmental Team Lead, with 39 years post graduate experience in environmental services in the UK and Ireland.  He is a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (2002), a Principal Environmental Auditor – Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment and a Chartered Environmentalist.  

Prior to joining ORS, Jim was a Director of O’Callaghan Moran & Associates an environmental consultancy providing services to the public and private sectors, where he was responsible environmental due diligence assessments in Ireland, UK and Europe; site evaluations for the development of waste management facilities; environmental impact assessments for non-hazardous and hazardous waste management facilities, industrial, commercial and residential developments;applications for waste, integrated pollution control (IPC) and industrial emission (IE)licences; applications for end of waste status; and regulatory compliance assistanceat EPA and local authority regulated facilities.
