Paul Turley

Paul is the Managing Director of JSA having recently taken over the role from John Spain who was the founder and Managing Director of JSA until March 2025. Paul holds a BA in Geography and History from UCD and a Masters in Regional and Urban Planning from UCD. Paul also holds an Advanced Diploma in Planning and Environmental Law from the Law Society of Ireland, together with a Diploma in Leadership and Management from UCD. Paul is a member of the Irish Planning Institute. Paul has worked with JSA for almost 20 years, most recently as Executive Director, representing a large number of private and public sector clients and overseeing a wide range of diverse projects. He has extensive experience of the Irish planning system and has acted as the planning lead on an extensive range of large-scale residential development applications and other projects over recent years.
