Eoin is a highly experienced Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 10 years’ international experience delivering complex civil engineering projects at senior level. He has a proven track record in managing technically challenging developments and is recognised for his professionalism, determination, and strong communication skills, which enable him to build effective working relationships and add value to every project he leads.

Eoin has extensive knowledge of BC(A)R requirements, certification processes, and the Building Control Management System, with significant experience managing commencement and completion notices. Since joining the ORS Assigned Certifier team in 2023, he has played a key role in several major projects, including large-scale nursing homes, housing developments, hotel refurbishments, third-level education facilities, and commercial properties, ensuring full compliance with Building Control Regulations.

Eoin graduated from the University of Galway in 2011 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering).
