Pat returned to Dublin in 1991 after several years in London, establishing his own private practice specialising in building surveying services. With extensive experience in due diligence surveys and schedules of dilapidations, Pat has built a strong reputation for delivering thorough, accurate assessments that support informed property decisions.

A committed professional, he has played an active role within the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, serving as an APC Assessor and chairing the Building Surveying Practice Group in 2011/2012. For nine years, Pat lectured part-time in Building Pathology at Dundalk Institute of Technology, sharing his expertise with the next generation of surveyors.

Today, he focuses on managing a thriving practice centred on quality, customer care, and professional excellence. Outside of work, Pat enjoys walking and staying active, having gracefully retired from cycling and running.
