Seán is a Director at TWM and has 30 years’ experience in the property industry. He has worked with a number of the leading firms of property advisors in Ireland and in many industry sectors providing him with a range of property knowledge and experience. Over the past 20 years he has focused primarily on property investment advice and strategic asset management.

Seán provides strategic real estate advice to Tesco Ireland and has acquired many new retail stores on their behalf throughout Ireland as well as disposing of assets including Golden Island Shopping Centre in Athlone for €43.5m. He is also an advisor to An Post and has assisted them in various sales and their acquisition of a new logistics hub which upon completion will extend to over 400,000 sq.ft. He has acquired Northside Shopping Centre (approx. €47m) and Nutgrove Retal Park (approx. €65m ) on behalf of AM Alpha and now assists them in the asset management of these centres. Other recent transactions he has completed include the acquisition of Bridgewater Shopping Centre, Arklow (€18m) and Douglas Village Shopping Centre, Cork (€23m).

Seán has had articles published in many of the national newspapers as well as business magazines and journals. He has a Masters in Business Management from Trinity College and a Diploma in Arbitration. Seán is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a member of IOD and holds a Diploma in Company Direction from IOD.
