


Project Outcome
The development integrates a diverse range of construction methodologies, including timber frame, masonry, light gauge steel (LGS), in-situ concrete, and precast concrete elements. Each method was selected to optimise performance, efficiency, and sustainability across the various phases of the project. ORS collaborated closely with the main contractor and the wider design team to ensure full compliance with current Building Regulations and industry best practices.
Our involvement extended beyond design coordination to include active participation in project meetings, detailed site inspections, and ongoing engagement with all stakeholders. We facilitated BCAR workshops to streamline certification procedures and to promote a clear understanding of assigned roles and responsibilities under the regulations. In addition, ORS undertook a rigorous review of technical submittals to verify compliance with the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) and relevant quality standards.
Through consistent communication, technical diligence, and proactive collaboration, our team ensured that each stage of the development was executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the project’s overall objectives.
