Project Outcome
ORS provided comprehensive Assigned Certifier and Design Certifier services, alongside Fire Safety and Disability Access Certificate consultancy support. The team coordinated compliance documentation, managed inspections and liaised closely with all project stakeholders to ensure a streamlined and efficient certification process.
Despite the demanding programme and increased documentation requirements associated with multiple commencement notices, the project achieved zero BCAR non-compliance issues and secured immediate validation on completion. Good collaboration between ORS, the contractor and Chancerygate’s design team helped keep the project on track and ensured it was delivered on time and to a high standard.
