Project Outcome
The Toyota Ireland headquarters refurbishment delivered a modern, future-ready workplace designed to support evolving business and employee needs. ORS supported the integration of upgraded building systems and workplace infrastructure, ensuring high standards of performance, functionality and user experience throughout the project.
The fit-out included a full LED lighting upgrade with intelligent controls, occupancy sensors and daylight dimming to improve energy efficiency and occupant comfort. Power, data and AV systems were also modernised to support a digitally connected workplace and seamless hybrid collaboration.
Acoustic enhancements, modern finishes and reconfigured layouts improved flexibility, collaboration and day-to-day functionality across the workspace. The project demonstrates ORS’s experience delivering high-quality commercial fit-outs focused on sustainability, adaptability and long-term workplace performance.
