ORS Appointed as Project Managers

ORS were appointed by IDA Ireland as project managers to prepare a tender for Civil Engineering Works at an existing greenfield site at IDA lands, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim.  Works include the construction of new 330m of new road network including the provision of Storm & Foul Drainage, Watermain Services, Eircom Services and Public Lighting infrastructure.

Scope of ORS Works 

The works to be carried out by ORS include the design of the proposed infrastructure, preparation of a tender package and tendering the project, acting as project supervisor for the design process (PSDP), supervision of the construction works and certification upon completion.

Project Progress and Delivery 

A contractor has recently been appointed to undertake the works which are due to commence in the coming weeks. ORS are looking forward to working with the successful contractor to deliver high quality infrastructure for the new Business Park on behalf of IDA Ireland.
