Project challenges
Meeting tight deadlines
The client set tight deadlines and an ambitious timescale for the project. The challenge was to achieve certification within a concise window of time. The ORS Energy Management Team has significant experience with ISO certification across multiple sectors. A detailed communication and action plan was implemented with the client to fast-track the ISO 50001 process. Within that, the ORS team identified significant projects for Meta to initiate to reduce its energy consumption significantly.
