PSDP
The role of PSDP is a legal requirement and must be undertaken to co-ordinate the health and safety considerations, of the design from project initiation to handover. As experts in providing the PSDP role, we influence safety on a project crucial in preventing accidents during construction and delivering a facility which can be safely operated and maintained.
Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
At ORS, Our Temporary Works Coordinator oversees the planning, implementation, and safety of temporary structures on construction sites. They ensure that all temporary works, such as scaffolding and shoring are designed, erected, and dismantled safely, coordinating between designers, contractors and site staff to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
H&S Risk Assessment
A Health & Safety Risk Assessment identifies potential hazards in a workplace, evaluates the risks associated with those hazards, and implements measures to mitigate them. H&S Construction Advisor
At ORS, we understand that not all contractors fully understand the role of the PSCS and may find it daunting. Our Health & Safety Construction Stage Advisor is available to help you comprehend the responsibilities of the role and provide clear guidance on meeting the necessary requirements during the construction stage of the project.
Independent Health & Safety Construction Inspections
At ORS, we offer thorough Health and Safety Construction Inspections across diverse projects in various sectors during the construction stage and can be facilitated as part of a routine inspection or a one-off inspection. Construction stage inspections are a necessary requirement to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
Annual/Periodic Health & Safety Management System Review
The Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005 require all organisations to have a Safety Statement in place, and that this is reviewed regularly. ORS can undertake a review of your safety statement and associated high-level management system documents and advise on gaps in compliance and actions required.
