Part L/nZEB Compliance Services

We offer Part L (nZEB) Compliance Services throughout a project, from early design to completion stage ensuring buildings meet the highest energy performance standards. Our team provides expert guidance on regulatory requirements, enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability in building design and operation.

Commercial BER Certification

We provide Commercial BER Certification services for clients as part of their project requirements. We also provide building modelling to assess and improve the energy performance of commercial buildings. Our certifications enhance property value and marketability, supporting energy-efficient practices.

Energy Consultancy Services

Our Energy Consultancy Services offer bespoke solutions to optimise energy consumption, carbon reduction, and reduce costs. We provide strategic advice and practical support, ensuring improved energy efficiency and environmental performance is achieved while aligning with our clients requirement to meet decarbonisation policies and net zero targets.

Energy Performance Contract (EPC) Facilitator

Our Sustainability Team facilitate Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) for clients looking to implement large energy reduction and decarbonisation projects. We cover contract preparation, procurement, implementation and measurement & verification (M&V) stages. Grant support for this service is available through the SEAI Energy Contracting Support Scheme.

Energy Master Plans

SEAI Grant Consultancy
