Project Outcome
The successful delivery of Pembroke 1A and 1B represents a significant milestone in Phase 1 of the Glass Bottle regeneration, setting a high standard for future residential buildings within the wider development. As Assigned Certifier, ORS played a central role in coordinating compliance activities, aligning BCAR requirements with the construction programme and maintaining transparency throughout the certification process.
Under the guidance of the ORS Assigned Certifier team, the project benefited from rigorous technical oversight, comprehensive documentation and proactive engagement with the design team, main contractor and Dublin City Council. This structured approach supported the progression of the buildings through the required statutory checkpoints and the achievement of key completion milestones.
The project also reflects a commitment to sustainable development. Through the verification of energy-efficient systems, renewable technologies, low-carbon materials and environmental protections, ORS supported the long-term performance and sustainability objectives of the wider Glass Bottle scheme.
The successful delivery of Pembroke 1A and 1B demonstrates ORSâs capability to provide compliance leadership on complex, large-scale residential developments and reinforces our strategic partnership with Lioncor on one of Irelandâs significant urban regeneration projects.
