Originally established as a civil/structural consultancy in 1991, GDCL Consulting Engineers has a proven track record for project delivery, technical excellence, responsiveness, and practical design solutions across a wide range of sectors. Their experienced team will integrate into ORS’s Civil and Structural Engineering division, further enhancing our expertise in structural design, infrastructure, and project delivery nationwide.

Looking ahead, ORS and GDCL, as part of the ORS Group, remain committed to delivering exceptional service to existing and future clients. This acquisition further reflects our commitment to innovation, investing in talent, and strengthening our position as a leading multidisciplinary consultancy.

Structural Engineering

Structural design services include new-build projects across all materials, building refurbishment and conservation, modular and prefabricated structures, structural surveys, permanent and temporary works design, structural strengthening, blast-resistant design, seismic engineering, and vibration-sensitive design.

Civil & Infrastructure

Surface water drainage, foul drainage, wastewater engineering, and water supply services are delivered alongside GMP and containment planning, roads and transport infrastructure, flood control strategies, traffic management planning, earthworks control, geotechnical engineering, and coastal protection design.

Project Management

Our services encompass design team management, client representation, and contract administration, as well as conceptual design and feasibility studies, code compliance expertise, and full navigation of building control regulations, including BC(A)R assigned certifier responsibilities.

Dispute Resolution

We provide dispute resolution services, including arbitration under the UNCITRAL Model Law, conciliation, mediation, adjudication, expert witness support, and comprehensive claims consultancy.
